We Accept Request of Cancellation Within 3 hours of Purchase

  • We Must Receive Notification Of Damaged Products Within 48 Hours Of Delivery. For Products Damaged During Shipping, Please Keep All Original Packing Material For Courier Inspection In Order To File A Claim With Our Shipper. We Reserve The Right To Refuse Any Exchange That Does Not Meet Our Requirements Including Signs Of Wear, Visible Usage And Damage Not Noted In The Initial Contact. We Require An Image Of The Damage To Be Emailed To Us At Info@Theboxedgems.Com For Our Review. 

  • If approved/applicable, Boxed Gems Conditions of Returns: Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value and 10% Restocking Fee that will be deducted from your total refund.

  • We do not accept returns of Personalized Name Items

  • If we, Boxed Gems, made an error that cannot be remedied with a replacement gift at equal or greater value, we will pay to return the item to us. In the event the gift is not replicable, we will send you a Credit Voucher for you to use at a future date.
